At Al Umayri Limo Service, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Airport Pickups:
- No waiting time charges for pickups from the airport due to flight delays.
- However, a waiting fee of $10.00 will be applied for every 15 minutes if the pickup is from a non-airport location (e.g., home, office, hotel, club, restaurant, etc.).
- Rescheduling Policy:
- We require 24 hours prior notice for any changes to bookings.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a rescheduling fee of 25% of the base fare.
- Cancellation Policy for Local and Cross-Border Pickups/Drop-offs:
- For local pickups and drop-offs, 24 hours’ notice is required.
- For cross-border pickups and drop-offs, 48 hours’ notice is necessary for cancellations.
- Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the base fare.
- Last-Minute Cancellation Fee:
- If a scheduled pickup is canceled at the time of the scheduled pickup, a 100% fare charge plus taxes will be applied as a last-minute cancellation fee.
- No-Show Policy:
- All no-shows will incur a 100% fare charge plus taxes.
